1. About The Service

QuestYourWay creates personalised browser based mini games made as digital gifts and entertainment experiences.

All products are digital only. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

All orders must be paid in full before development begins.

Orders may be cancelled only before development has started. Approved cancellations may receive a refund minus payment processing or transaction fees.

Once development has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

QuestYourWay may refuse or cancel orders that contain harmful, hateful, illegal, explicit, copyrighted, stolen, inappropriate, or abusive content.

3. Custom Content Responsibility

By submitting images, names, messages, or other materials, the buyer confirms they have permission to use and share that content.

QuestYourWay is not responsible for unauthorized, stolen, or copyrighted content submitted by buyers.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on current workload, project complexity, revision requests, and buyer response times.

QuestYourWay does not guarantee exact delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.

5. Revisions

Each order includes one revision unless stated otherwise.

Revisions are limited to fixing mistakes, small text edits, and minor detail adjustments.

Revisions do not include full redesigns, changing the entire concept, switching game types, or major rewrites after development has started.

Additional revisions may require extra payment.

6. Hosting & Accessibility

Games are delivered through direct links and are not publicly listed on the QuestYourWay website.

Anyone with access to the link may be able to view or play the game. Buyers are responsible for deciding who they share their links with.

Games include limited hosting unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Extended hosting options may be available separately.

7. Browser Compatibility

Games are designed for modern browsers.

Minor visual or performance differences may occur depending on the device, browser, operating system, screen size, or internet connection.

8. Communication Delays

If the buyer stops responding during the customization process, the order may be paused until communication resumes.

Orders inactive for 30 days or more may be considered inactive and closed.

9. Intellectual Property

Buyers may share and repost their personalised games unless otherwise agreed.

QuestYourWay retains ownership of its original systems, mechanics, source code, frameworks, assets, and internal tools.

Buyers receive access to their personalised version only.

10. Portfolio & Showcase Permission

QuestYourWay respects customer privacy.

Completed games, previews, or screenshots will only be publicly showcased with the buyer’s permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

QuestYourWay provides personalised entertainment experiences.

Individual reactions and experiences may vary.

QuestYourWay is not liable for emotional expectations, browser issues, hosting interruptions, third party service failures, or misuse of the service.

12. Changes To These Terms
